Student Schedule for 2010-2011
So what will a student schedule look like for the 2010-2011 school year? The student schedule will be a modified block schedule where a student will be enrolled in 6 classes scheduled every other day. For example, periods 1,3,5 will be on an A Day and periods 2,4,6 will be on a B Day. Each class will be approximately 90 minutes. After lunch, students will be able to choose between visual arts classes, music classes, work experience, community service, or dual enrollment at a local college or university. A sample schedule may look like this…..
A DAY B DAY
Period 1 – English Period 2 – Math
Period 3 – Keyboarding Period 4 – French 1
Period 5 – Social Studies Period 6 – Biology
Period 7: Large Vocal Ensemble
Period 8: Select Choir
A complete list of courses that will be offered is on the attachment.
